Global competition has changed over time, and so did companies. In the last years, two main issues have arisen among others: a strong movement towards a more sustainable management, and growth in global cooperation (networks). Networks represent the winner formula to reduce the competitive pressure on the business, and a clever way to manage manufacturing plants, using a sustainable approach. The aim of this book is to give a comprehensive overview of the existing literature on the topic, presented with an interpretation matrix of the Author, in order to describe global interfirm networks and the complex process toward their sustainable performance measurement.
